Returns:

In the unlikely event that you received a defective item it may be returned for credit or exchanged when returned within 15 days. Shipping charges will be refunded if our error.

Any unwanted item, (which has not been used and/ord) can also be returned within 15 days. Shipping charges, in this case, are not refundable.
