Here's another new snowman stencil!
This cutie-pie was dry embossed on vellum paper and glittered from head to toe.
His hat and scarf were dry embossed on blue CansonMi-Teintes paper and attached with mounting tape. The snowballs are circle punches punched out on vellum and glittered!
